FAQ

• SOME, but not all, of our products are made to order. Descriptions will depict whether or not an item is made to order. These items will vary in shipping times. Made to order products generally take about a week to process/be made before shipment.

• SHIPPING. Screen Print, DTG, Cut and Sew, Embroidery. We use all of these methods for our products. Since we offer so many awesome products, we have a few vendors processing our orders. This means that sometimes you might get multiple packages coming from two separate locations. If you receive a package with only part of your order, please wait a few days to receive the rest. If you’re unsure if you have multiple packages, you can reach out to us by emailing admin@facethechew.com. 

• BLANKS. We love our blanks and try to be consistent with them but given the times, manufacturer shortages happen. We reserve the right to use other blanks when the occasion calls for it.
